Very neat and hard to find program from the August 20-23, 1941 Tenth Annual American Indian Exposition Program.
Program has 5 autographs on the front:
Signature and “from Brazil”
Unknown signature
Lt. Telmo Vargas (later General Vargas overthrew the govt in 1966 and served 1 day as president)
US lieutenant signature
Brazilian army signature.
I assume these men were at the exposition on Saturday for Army Navy day.
Has a card catalogue number on the outside and other property of writing on inside cover. One page has penciled drawings of a house. Cover torn on about half of the spine. Crease down the program where it was folded at one point.
See photos of all pages.
Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
You are looking at a reprinted Charles Carpenter image of Chief Sitting Bull. It has been used to create a wonderfully presenting paperweight. Measures 2.5 inches by 4 inches. Glass is approximately 7/8" thick. Weighs 13.3 ounces. Please add 8.00 for shipping. I accept PayPal. New York residents please add sales tax. Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions.
