Beautiful Sikyatki Bowl by renowned Hopi artist Antoinette Honie.
Hand coiled, polished the traditional way using a polishing stone, painted using a yucca brush, then fired using the fuel of choice (sheep dung) - traditional from start to finish. Incidentally, the paints used by Antoinette are produced by none other that her husband using vegetation from the surrounding area.
Pot measures 6 3/8 inches in diameter with a height of 6 inches.
