Black pottery buffalo with traditional Southwestern Native American Pueblo painted designs; measures approximately 2.6 inches from head to tail, 2 inches to top of hump and approximately 1.2 inches wide. Signed LC Jemez, for Jemez Pueblo artist (not sure of identity). There is a small dent in the top by the snake / arrow that is much less obvious in person than in the images. A great display piece that stands well on its own.
