NOTICE: Buyer must have current shipping address
listed on Ebay before you purchase an item. If you request the item to be

VERY IMPORTANT:
######The SHIPPING CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS WHEN ITEMS ARE INSURED.
Any insurance claims or monetary claims
for items damaged during transit will be strictly between the buyer and the
freight company in question
.
I pack items with care but when the carrier
takes possession, I can’t guarantee safety.
I do not offer partial refunds and return shipping, should that occur,
is at the buyers expense.
In
the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping
transit, You, the Buyer, agree to file the insurance claim with the U.S. Post
Office for reimbursement.
I will
send you the necessary receipts for you to file a claim with the Post Office.
It is YOUR responsibility to file a claim for any insured items that are
damaged because that is what Insurance is purchased for. This is the U.S. Post
Office requirement and this information is found on their web site on the “File
A Claim” page.
I can NOT file claims
with the Post Office for you. E Bay might tell you differently, but the U.S.
Postal Regulations and Requirements are very clear. In order for the claim to
be processed with the Post Office, the receiver of the damaged item must file
the claim at their local Post Office or you may file online. ***********
You will need to keep the
damaged item, the box with the labels on it, and all of the original packing
materials as the Post Office may require them for proof of damage.
***********NOTE:
you must report any
damage to me within one day of receipt of the item.
Please ask about shipping costs if
they seem unusually high because the calculator is often not correct. I charge
a $2.00 packing and handling fee for domestic shipping and $4.00 for
International shipping.
SHIPPING PRICE INCLUDES
HANDLING, FULL INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
Returns and Refunds granted ONLY if there is a GROSS error
in my description. Buyer will pay return shipping. You must document any
discrepancies in your claim upon receipt of the item and with clear and concise
photographs provided to me and e bay within one day of receipt of item.
If you return an item and it is NOT in the
same item or same condition as pictured in the description, no refunds will be
made.
Buyer will pay for any return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking
and handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: The
pictures that are posted are as much a part of the description as the written
description. Please view them carefully and ask any questions before bidding.
Terms and Info: ASK QUESTIONS before you Bid.
You and I may have differing opinions of what is considered normal age wear on
vintage and antique items. I consider chips, cracks, and/or repairs to be
damage and these will be clearly stated in the description. If you don’t know
what you are bidding on please refrain from bidding.
*Look at the
Pictures and READ the DESCRIPTION.
Normal handling time is three to four days.
International
Buyers – Please Note:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not
included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's
responsibility. • Please check with your country's customs office to determine
what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. • These charges
are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you
pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. • We do
not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US
