This is a very nice Santa Clara Blackware Incised Jar. Excellent finish and attractive design elements. A solid and desirable piece. See close-ups. A nice size for display at 4.75" x 6", opening is 2.75". Has a faint signature that is partially obscured by a label. Small chip on rim and larger chip on base. Some tiny dimples on part of surface. Interior indicates some use as a vase with interior water stain. Offering this one at a lowball price for quick sale, minor price reductions considered. Feel free to make an offer.
No cracks or repairs.
