Navajo Pine Pitch Clay Pot
My Aunt purchased this years ago in New Mexico and remembers it as being Navajo. If anyone has more information on this piece, please message.  A handmade clay pot with three hand formed flowers and incised line design on exterior. The pot has thick walls and no makers marks. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Listing for one pot.

Forrest Naranjo (Santa Clara, 1963-  ) is known for his wonderfully creative sgraffito work and the  sienna/brown firing style which is a color in-between that of the traditional Santa Clara black and red.  This is shaped like an egg with the top resembling the rim of a volcano .  Ducks, ducks, ducks in many sizes and orientations with graceful water waves.  A very elegant and complex piece of sgrafitto.  Measures approximately 3 inches high and 2 inches at largest diameter.  Signed on the bottom Forrest N.  No obvious chips, cracks or repairs.
