Rainy was born into the Spider Stick Clan in 1949 and comes from an extremely gifted and award winning family of Hopi Potters
Rainy as been creating pottery for over 30 years, and has won many awards herself. Her work is pristine and beautiful.
This Vase stands 5 3/4” high with a bowl diameter of 3 1/2”
The piece is full Polychrome w/ geometric designs. The piece is signed with a feather and the subscript R- (Rainell Naha)
The condition of this piece is excellent, and has minimal wear at the base. The tiny areas at the base show minimal paint loss, but no chips or or cracks .
This is a very beautiful fine piece , and I’ve owned it since 1993 and I’m ready to part with it .
