Margaret Martinez, Picuris Pueblo, New Mexico Pottery Bowl.
No chips, cracks or flaws, signed by the artist on the bottom. About 8” wide and 4” tall. The Taos and Picuris Pueblos use clay that has a high mica content which gives it a metallic luster. The firing produces the “fire clouds” seen on this piece. No returns so ask questions if you have them before bidding. Good luck!
