Up for auction is this beautiful Native American Jemez Pueblo Indian art pottery vase by talented artist, Marcella Yepa.
Gorgeous two-toned, almost heart-shaped vase perhaps originally used as an olla seed pot given the small thin slit opening on top. It has a beautifully carved thick wavy lines coming from the top right, across the body, and back towards the right at the base.
Very nicely done and in great overall condition with just some minor surface paint wear towards the base but no cracks or major issues. Signed on the bottom by the artist.
Measures 3.1” inches tall, 2.6” inches long, and 1.8” inches wide (7.9 cm, 6.6 cm, 4.6 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
